I think this is a great buy, it holds plenty of water, heats it quickly, and is easy to clean. It’s also a nice-looking unit with handy, see-through water level indicators on each side.
First off- we love this for what it is- a top-of-the-line tea brewer with a sous-vide-like temperature controller that could warm liquid to an exact temperature. Great engineering and design.

Love it! Boils quickly, just wish it dinged louder like the stainless steel one but you enjoy watching the bubbles! Develops stains on the base of the kettle near the heating element, but all you have to do is boil equal parts vinegar and water let sit to cool dump out, and rinse and they are gone.
